| "My first time tracking my R8. My first time at Infineon. In a word, Wow! As one of the other drivers in my group said, "I'm in the S5. I came up behind you as we were both descending the carousel. I hit the apex at the bottom right behind you and had my foot on the floor anticipating a passing opportunity. Then you were gone!" When parked the car attracts a steady stream of on-lookers. | "What I have now really has no place in the suburbs of South Florida. I mean, I hit 60 in second gear and I'm still not approaching redline...not much fun in the 45 mph zones around here. So I pick my spots to test it (good thing for my Escort, front and rear), and proceed to have the odd sensation of my guts pushing backwards along with my head (3.1 seconds 0-60 sounds about right). The highway easily fits the bill. The push is effortless, it just feels like this is how the car was supposed to be from the onset. It's not really a maniacal out-of-control surge, although the wail behind your ears certainly sounds it over 4,000 RPMs; it's Audi with a dark passenger (thanks, Dexter)--straight down to business in kicking your behind. And so is the case with me, my past two Audis, and the Stasis Challenge kit I've chosen the 370mm brakes, and 19" wheels on my Challenge kit equipped car. This combination of a wide 19" wheel, and 370 mm brakes allows me to brake from high-speed, to a manageable turn-in speed by applying over 1.5 g. of braking force to the car. During heavy braking the car remains settled, and it stops quickly, and in a straight line. What a great experience it is to know that." |

"With the engine tuning (ECU) and exhaust upgrades, my A4 feels like I threw in a high performance V6. The difference was noticeable, and substantial, from the first time I pushed down the accelerator after the upgrade. I love having a great looking sleeper car that out performs most other cars in it's class. The amazing thing about the engine tuning is that I've retained the excellent gas mileage for my daily commuting that comes with the 2.0T engine. Talk about the total package. The A4 is already a comfortable, convenient daily driver...but after the STaSIS Touring package was installed, I can attest to the “everyday exotic” moniker! I was hesitant at first, with the 20" wheels, low pro tires, lowered ride height, chip, etc. I wasn't convinced that this is a car that could be comfortably driven on New England roads. Boy was I wrong: this setup is surprisingly forgiving on bumpy, uneven pavement, yet stays flat on turns and maneuvers sharply! The aggressive stance, clean look, and bass-note exhaust make for a sophisticated vehicle that draws respectful attention. When Audi first introduced the S5 I knew I had to have this car just for its looks, but my heart was really (set) on getting an M3. I took the S5 for its looks and luxuries, still knowing that I’d have much more fun driving a pure sports machine like the M3. Fortunately, Bell Audi educated me on aftermarket performance options offered by STaSIS and the journey began. These folks at STaSIS will spend time with you on the phone or via email addressing any and every concern before or after an install. The peace of mind knowing that the products are engineered for my car and not off the shelf like many aftermarket companies out there is great and the fact is every product goes thru vigorous testing and changes until engineering is happy to call it Audi worthy and ready to offer it exclusively to the Audi market. In the end, STaSIS helped me gap the difference performance wise between my choice of luxury and my want for performance handling. I can say now that I made the right decision to buy Audi and that to some extent I now have the best of both worlds. This car handles like a beast, lateral grip is fabulous and oversteer so easily available if you want it.
