To request a return materials authorization (RMA), review the Returns Policy, then fill out and submit this form. You will be contacted with an RMA number and instructions on how to ship the component(s). Returns are authorized according to the following policy:
- Returns will not be accepted if the customer account is out of terms.
- A 20% restocking charge will be assessed on all returns that are not due to STaSIS error.
- Freight must be prepaid on all returns; COD or collect returns will be refused. STaSIS will pay return freight to customer only for defective or mismarked products.
- Every part returned to STaSIS for warranty replacement or credit will be tested to determine if the part is defective. If the part is within specifications (not defective), no credit will be issued and the part will be returned or scrapped according to customer preferences.
